The deadline for proposals is August 1, 2024 for Fall/Winter trips and August 23, 2024 for Spring Break and May Minimester teams. Our staff is here to help you every step of they way!
LET'S GET STARTED!
Access the 2024-2025 Missions Proposal Box file for directions and the form.
- In the Missions Proposal document, begin by following the link to Section 1 & 2 of the Team Leader Manual.
- Be sure you have confirmed all dates and locations with the global partner.
- Begin typing in all the answers to each section of the proposal document.
- If you are a student leader for a student organization trip, contact the faculty/staff leader for your trip to have them fill out the proposal. If you do not have a leader yet, please contact Missions.
- Reminder: Please consult your supervisor, and inform your department head and dean prior to submitting your trip proposal. Once you submit your proposal, OnBase will AUTOMATICALLY send email approval requests to the following individuals for approval:
- Missions Department
- Your Chair or Dept. Head
- Your Dean
- Assistant Dean of Spiritual Life
- Vice Provost for Global Engagement
- Vice President for Student Life
- Please follow-up with your departmental leadership to confirm that they understand they will have to approve your proposal. If they do not approve it, your trip’s approval will be delayed.
Deadline
Proposals must be submitted by the team leader in the OnBase system by the deadline to be considered for the travel window.
