Mission Trip - Business in Zambia

Travel with the Baylor Business department to Zambia to work with our partner, Family Legacy. Young Zambians completing their education often have little guidance and training on how to break into a job market with an unemployment rate of nearly 50%. Beacause they are often the sole supporters of their families, helping guide them to be better prepared for their future careers is truly helping them create bighter futures for themselves, their families, and their community. Students will develop and provide workshops in topics including sales, customer service, interviewing, business plan writing, business ethics, and presentation skills.

All students with a business major or minor are welcome to apply.

We hope that students will see the value in using their prior training to impart hope and useful skills to Zambian students and develop an appreciation for the ways that missional service can be part of their futures in business.
