Mission Trip - MSO, AED, & AMWA in the Dominican Republic

Members of MSO, AED, & AMWA will be traveling to the Dominican Repiblic in May 2024 to work with BU Missions' partner, One More Child. Students will have the opportunity to shadow local physicians and work on health and wellness focused projects (such as hygeine and nutrition lessons) in the community where One More Child interacts with people on a daily basis.

Priority consideration will be given to MSO, AED, & AMWA memebers, but any pre-health student is welcome to apply!

We hope team members discover the impact of cultural and economic diversity in healthcare and develop an extensive appreciation for public health and wellbeing, not just within thier own contexts, but also around the world.
