This paid, service-based job opportunity is shared on behalf of Rachel Landon, Program Coordinator at Camp Blessing Texas.

Camp Blessing Texas a non-profit Christian organization that services individuals with special needs. The camp is a 15-year-old, award-winning, Christian summer camp located just outside of Brenham, Texas. Our goal and mission is to provide help and hope to people of all abilities through Christ-centered camp experiences. We serve and show the love of Jesus to children and young adults with special needs by giving them the best week of their lives in a barrier-free environment that surrounds them with love, acceptance, and fun. It's the summer camp experience tailored and made accessible for all, and over 700 campers get to experience this life-changing ministry each year.

It is also important to mention that our camp has an on-site clinic for any medical needs that may arise. This clinic is run by nursing and pre-med students that are supervised by RNs, EMTs, and/or Physicians at all times. All medication management will be taken care of at our clinic to ensure that campers take their medications on time. This allows us to service medically fragile campers, which is very unique to our camp. Along the same lines, we have a specialty diet form that will be given to the chef for all our camper's needs. Health and safety are thoroughly ensured at Camp Blessing.

To learn more about our mission, beliefs, and to see past camp photos and videos, please visit our website at campblessing.org. Below are a couple of videos that illustrate some of the fun we have each week at camp!
